DatingToBeFree.Com TERMS of SERVICE AGREEMENT (TOS)

This is a legal Terms of Service Agreement - TOS between you (the member) and DatingToBeFree.Com in regards all services (the dating service) provided from DatingToBeFree.Com available for and located on DatingToBeFree.Com. Upon successful subscription on DatingToBeFree.Com web site, you become a member of the provided by DatingToBeFree.Com dating service and thus you fully agree to comply with all of the TOS of this agreement for the period you remain as DatingToBeFree.Com member.

You must be 18 (eighteen) years old or over to register as a member of DatingToBeFree.Com or use the dating services. Membership in DatingToBeFree.Com dating service is void where prohibited. By using DatingToBeFree.Com dating service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to comply with this agreement and to abide by all of the TOS of this Agreement.

The member agree that DatingToBeFree.Com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the dating service, and remove and discard any content within the dating service if you violate these terms. The member may terminate this agreement and/or request account suspension upon sending written notice to ADMIN[at]DatingToBeFree[dot]COM.

The member agrees and acknowledges that DatingToBeFree.Com might change this TOS without notice and you are solely responsible to check for such changes, follow up and comply with them.

DatingToBeFree.Com assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the dating service. The dating service provided by DatingToBeFree.Com to the member is only for your personal use and you may not disclose your DatingToBeFree.Com's account credentials to any third parties to use the dating service through your account. Use of the service is prohibited to persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) years even if you have your parental explicit consent.

As a member of DatingToBeFree.Com you agree that:

1. You (the member) will use the dating service in a good manner that complies with all laws and regulations.

2. You (the member) will consent to our Welcome, Verification or other system notification emails and this TOS.

3. You (the member) agree that will NOT send any junk or advertisement messages to any of the other members.

4. You (the member) agree that you will NOT in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted materials.

5. Your use of the dating service is strictly at your own risk and responsibility for your contact, written (including or anonymous messaging system or other), verbal or personally with any member of the dating service. DatingToBeFree.Com undertakes no responsibility for abuse or harm (emotional, verbal and physical) that you may come to based on your contact with any of the members of the dating service.

6. You (the member) agree that will not distribute or show any offensive, threatening, harassing, racial, pornographic or other illegal or unlawful material to any member via messaging system or other. DatingToBeFree.Com reserves the right to remove and/or suspend without notice any member that does not comply with this requirement and/or made attempts to do such.

7. You (the member) agree that DatingToBeFree.Com is NOT responsible for any harassment, assaulting or abusive behavior of any kind to any member of the dating service.

8. You (the member) agree that will not under any circumstances use the dating service provided by DatingToBeFree.Com for any other activities but seeking other persons for friendship and dating.

9. Illegal activities like collecting credentials of the other members of DatingToBeFree.Com, unauthorized framing of or linking to DatingToBeFree.Com site will be investigated, and reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

Please be aware that you might be involuntarily receiving or be exposed by any means to abusive materials that may have been posted by members, hackers or other through the messaging system. Please note that DatingToBeFree.Com is NOT responsible or liable in any way for the use of your personal information if you already displayed or disclosed this information on other third parties.

DatingToBeFree.Com RESERVERS THE RIGHT AND IN THE MEAN TIME HAS NO OBLIGATIONS OR ANY ENGAGEMENTS TO MONITOR THE MESSAGING SYSTEM OR OTHER ACTIVITIES ON DatingToBeFree.Com SYSTEM AND UPON SPOTTING ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, DISTRIBUTION OF ILLEGAL OR COPY RITHED MATERIALS, PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS TO REMOVE THE AFORE MENTIONED AND/OR CLOSE THESE MEMBERS ACCOUNTS AND REPORT THIS TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS.

REGARDLESS OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PARAGRAPH DatingToBeFree.Com DOES NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATIONS TO MONITOR, CONTROL AND/OR EDIT ANY ABUSIVE COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE MEMBERS OF THE SERVICE AND IF SUCH ARE ABUSIVE TO YOU. THE USER ASSUME AND UNDERSTANDS THE RISK BY USING DatingToBeFree.Com DATING SERVICE. ALL COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE MEMBERS ARE AT THEIR SOLE CONTROL AND RISK.

IN NO EVENT DatingToBeFree.Com SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DEATHS, THREATS, TORTS OR INJURIES COMMITTED BY ANY OTHER USERS, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRAMS, COST OF SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES) DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF DatingToBeFree.Com HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DatingToBeFree.Com BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICE, OR TRANSMITTED TO MEMBERS.

DatingToBeFree.Com CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE, AND NEITHER ADOPTS NOR ENDORSES NOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, IN ALL COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER, REX, ITS AFFILIATES OR OUR REPRESENTATIVES, OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.

DatingToBeFree.Com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DatingToBeFree.Com CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

THIS AGREEMENT, ACCEPTED UPON REGISTERING FOR DatingToBeFree.Com DATING SERVICE, CONTAINS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT REGARDING THE USE OF THE DatingToBeFree.Com DATING SERVICE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TOS, YOU MAY NOT PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION TO BECOME A MEMBER OF DatingToBeFree.Com DATING SERVICE.
